We’re redefining safety compliance – making it simple, engaging and easy to follow.
Food Protect is a versatile health and food safety consultancy that works with catering and hospitality businesses and small and medium-sized food manufacturers in London, the Home Counties and across the UK.
We can assist you with ongoing or one-off projects of any size, whether that’s setting up your safety systems, adapting to changing legislation and client requirements, auditing, gap analysis, investigations or root cause analysis.
Aditi Zutshi founded Food Protect in 2018 to provide the catering and hospitality sectors with a new and refreshing approach to health and food safety. Having worked within the food industry for many years, Aditi had become disillusioned with the existing levels of service provided by safety consultants.
The consultants at Food Protect work with their clients to create simple, bespoke safety systems that catering staff understand, use and value. They empower catering teams to understand why they do what they do, in terms of safety, and create a culture and ways of working that protect their people and customers from ill health and injury.
Aditi and her team are striving to become the preferred safety partner for catering and hospitality businesses across the UK, with a reputation built on Food Protect’s guiding principles. We now offer consultancy and training services, and a digital platform is coming soon.
