What packages do you offer?
We don’t offer set packages. All support is bespoke and tailored to each customer’s specific needs and requirements.

Do you have an app?
Yes. We offer an app called FlagUp. It provides digital checklists and a recording system designed to support health and food safety compliance. Visit our FlagUp page for further details.
Do you offer support from start to finish when setting up a new business?
Yes, we do. We can support you through every stage, including premises registration, pre-opening checks, setting up essential policies and documentation, and liaising with the local authority where needed. We also provide ongoing remote and in-person support for safety queries, auditing, and related projects.
What training can you provide?
We provide both online and onsite accredited Highfield training courses in Food Safety, Food Allergens and Health & Safety.
Do you have an experienced team?
Yes – we are a small but highly experienced team, known for being personable, knowledgeable, and approachable.
Can you provide legal documentation on our company letterheaded paper to indemnify us?
No. We cannot issue legal documentation on a client’s letterhead or provide indemnification. We can, however, guide you on compliance requirements and help ensure your documentation and processes meet the correct standards.
Do you work with the FSA to enforce legal requirements?
No. We are not an enforcement body and do not work with the FSA in that capacity. We provide advice, support, and guidance to help businesses meet health and food safety regulations.
Are you available at all times – day, night, and weekends?
No. While we aim to be responsive and supportive, we are not an on-demand 24/7 service. Availability is based on agreed working hours and service arrangements.
Do you have a large team?
No. We are a specialised service that delivers high-quality, personalised support without the need for a large internal team.
How do we start working with you?
It’s very straightforward. We begin with an initial call to understand your requirements, after which we prepare a comprehensive proposal for you to review. The proposal clearly outlines the recommended services, scope, and next steps, ensuring everything is easy to understand from the outset.

What if we don’t have a large budget or can’t pay big upfront costs?
We can tailor a flexible payment package that works for you, ensuring you get the support you need without financial strain.
How fast is your service?
We aim to acknowledge all emails within 24 hours and provide a full response within 48 hours.
